February was another busy month in real estate! Absorption rates are through the roof! King county is at a record high of 157% for the month of February – meaning out of 100 homes listed in February, 157 sold. It is an incredible time to be a seller. As a lot of business move to being remote permanently, we are seeing more and more of our clients choosing to cash in on the equity of their home and move elsewhere.

For buyers, interest rates increased slightly but are still incredibly low.
